The farm casealsole is characterized by its own production, the scene of some of the most famous specialty food brands such as cured meats and wine olive oil. In the months from December to January is done in house "track" or the pig is killed to begin the processing of meat and therefore the production of sausages characters and various specialties. In particular are renowned ciauscolo, salami, the leopard, the sausage, sausages, and bacon.
Also within several months of the year are grown and harvested vegetables and fruits in season, maybe a short summary for you to plan your vacation according to your taste!, Naturalmene summer is the season of choice:
- May, at the beginning of the warm season is the month of cherries
- June is the month instead of figs although you can still find the cherries
- July is the month of apricots and plums cherries (sour cherries)
- August is passed to plums and peaches
- then arrived in September with figs and prickly pears
- and finish the season in October with pomegranates and quinces
October is also the month in the wine, house wine is produced with Verdicchio and Malvasia grapes, takes place in November instead of cold pressing olives to obtain the excellent olive oil. The fruit is used for the production of jams and marmalades, you can then taste the farm products in all months of the year.
