In the region there are 11 protected areas, 2 national parks, 4 regional parks, nature reserves and 5, without thinking of all the state forests and areas of flora. - Parco Nazionale dei Monti Sibillini: the name inspired by the legendary Sybil. - The Regional Park of Gola della Rossa and frass with its caves, underground lakes, stalactites and stalagmites, all gigantic, like the Abyss Ancona, a paradise of 35 km of geological development known throughout the world.The easy trail suitable for the tourists, along approximately 1500 meters annually hosts 300,000 visitors.
- Gorge Nature Reserve el Furla and Spread across the river Candigliano that winds through the cliffs, creating spectacular views.
